The difference between butter and margarine

It is probably true to say that, at one time or another, most of us have fallen for the hype that man-made margarine is more healthy for the human body than butter.

In the very best scenario, if margarine is an emulsion made from vegetable oils and water to which nutrients like Vitamin A, needed to sustain life, are added then why not eat butter (a healthy form of saturated fat) and which naturally contains nutrients needed to help sustain a healthy life!

Does butter cause disease? On the contrary, butter protects us against many diseases.
